Our best selling loaf. Great for sandwiches, French Toast, Garlic Bread, Croutons, and so much more. Toasting slices of this loaf make them softer without drying it out like wheat based loaves of bread. If needed, you can soften the entire loaf in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit wrapped in foil for 8-15 minutes. This loaf will last for 2 weeks in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer (wrapped in plastic wrap and then sealed in an airtight container or foil).
