This Brioche based bread is stuffed with Provolone and Monterrey Jack cheeses. Its spicy personality comes from crushed red pepper. This loaf is the perfect size to use for sandwiches or as an accompaniment to a meal. It is best served warm and can easily be heated in the microwave for 5-15 seconds (if sliced) or in a foil pouch for 5-10 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Reheating the full loaf is best done foil wrapped in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes. This loaf will last for two weeks in the refrigerator stored in an airtight container. You can even freeze the loaf (sliced or whole) for up to 3 months wrapped in plastic wrap and sealed in an airtight container, bag, or foil.
